Greg Haubrich

    Greg Haubrich is a personal injury trial lawyer. He is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest ranking for legal ability and ethics. He has been lead counsel in more than 70 jury trials on behalf of injured people. He is also a civil mediator, helping parties use the mediation process to settle personal injury disputes.   Mr. Haubrich has obtained verdicts as lead counsel and as co-counsel of $10,000,000.00 in a product liability case; $1,425,000.00 for the victim of rape by a supervisor; and $520,000.00 in a toxic injury case. He also obtained a verdict for the victim of medical malpractice which is the only successfully tried case in Oklahoma involving injury during Laparascopic remaoval of the gall baladder.

Mr. Haubrich is the author of “Barrister’s Column:  Trial Tactics and Strategy” in The Advocate, the journal of the Oklahoma Association for Justice, which is the association of trial lawyers representing injured people in Oklahoma.  He is also the Continuing Legal Education Chairman of OAJ, and is on the Associate Board of Directors of the association.
